I am a Clinical And Cognitive Counseling Psychologist by profession and currently working with Children and Adolescents. My areas of expertise include, “Mental Health, Psychotherapeutic interventions, Guidance and a Life Skills Trainer”. I being a Leader in my Profession-Psychology, guiding and promoting research in Psychology.

A mental health professional believes in holistic well-being and thereby encourages to strike the right balance in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. “To Be Healthy As A Whole, Mental Wellness plays A Role” A quote that strives me to provide the best possible support to develop and maintain the mental well-being of individuals.

“Prevention Is Better Than Cure” This quote applies well to both physical and mental health. Mental health professionals should not only focus on treating mental disorders but also preventing it. This Perspective, makes me to focus on life skills development for children and adolescents. an efficient individual not only requires information and knowledge but percolate to application.

Academic information will help us excel in the scores whereas knowledge of life skills would help us excel in life, giving us the key to living ahead life.

I am a person who believes in being just, not only to my vicinity but also to my society and country. I owe my personal and professional growth to the society and country I live in, and therefore, I have an equal responsibility to repay. With this perspective, I am a social worker who reaches out to different sections of society.

As a Psychologist, I have gained a good theoretical understanding and practical exposure to the subject. I am deeply passionate in applying what I’ve learnt in order to help and support individuals on their journey towards well-being. My skills include being an efficient team player as well as an individual learner; able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds while maintaining professionalism at all times. In my professional life, I wish to continuously enrich my knowledge through my work experience & contribute back to society by rendering my services.

As a aspiring Psychologist, I intend to explore new perspectives, ideas and people through the immensely broad area of Psychology and I am open to different job roles.

I am diligent in aiding people of all ages to improve their mental health. Thus, I have done various courses and workshops to empower myself.

Areas of expertise are not restricted only to counseling people, individually or in a group but also guiding people to pursue a career based on assessments, their passion and life skills training. In addition, I undertake parent coaching and consultation.
